Test Results
If your doctor sends you for any investigations, it is important that you return for a follow-up appointment to discuss the results. As part of our policy, results will not be given over the phone. This allows your doctor to explain the findings and determine if further follow-up is required.
Patients with urgent abnormal results will be contacted by one of our nurses to schedule an appointment with their doctor as soon as possible. Non-urgent results will be communicated via phone, SMS, or mail.
Management of Personal Health Information
Your medical records are confidential and are maintained securely at all times, following strict privacy protocols. Medical records are the property of the medical centre, and access is only granted to authorised staff.
Should you need to transfer your medical file to another clinic, we will require a signed consent form from the new medical centre.
Your Rights
If you have any concerns, suggestions, or complaints, we encourage you to share them with us. You can use our suggestion box located at reception or write to us directly. We take all feedback seriously and aim to address any concerns promptly.
